Dear UL Staff members,

The Staff Development Committee would like to invite you to an All-Staff meeting.

Here is the meeting agenda for your consideration:

1. Briefly Introduce the Staff Development Committee, its charges and plans for the upcoming year
2. Discuss the staff development survey results and comments
3. Start the conversation amongst UL Staff to elaborate on the results of the survey and to brainstorm and discuss possible solutions related to the voiced concerns

We have booked the e-Classroom for 2 time slots. Please register for ONLY 1 of the below.

You are kindly encouraged to coordinate with your department head to make sure staff in each department are grouped into 2 groups so that each department is represented, and there are remaining staff members at the office during both time slots.

• First Session: Tuesday, September 19^th from 3:00pm to 5:00pm
• Second Session:  Wednesday, September 20^th from 10:00am to 12:00pm

Please come to the meeting ready to have a conversation and let us focus on solutions, and not only problems.
